Help with ecomspy and its Chrome extension, and how to reach us.
Open any Shopify store and click the ecomspy icon in your browser's toolbar. The icon shows a Shopify bag when the page you're on is a Shopify store. A panel opens with the store's Meta ads, best sellers, shipping costs, apps and fonts. Click the icon again, or the panel's close button, to hide it. Get it on the Chrome Web Store.
Products, shipping, apps, fonts and store details work without an account. Ad data comes with an ecomspy subscription: click Sign in in the panel's Meta Ads card (or log in at ecomspy.se/login), then open the panel again.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings in the app. For anything else about your account or a payment, email support@ecomspy.se.

The store isn't built on Shopify, or runs its own website on top of it (a headless store). For headless stores the panel shows what it can read, and the store's ads when ecomspy has them.
